2-How do I reactivate my code that has been de-activated?

3-Can i access my account information from a cyber café/office/any other connectivity?
Ans-Yes you can access.
 
4-Can I change my user- name and password?
Ans-You have the option of selecting your user name when you login for the first time using your userid.you cannot change your user-name thereafter. Password can be changed as often as you need through the portal.
 
5-I have forgotten the password of my account. How do I recover it?
Ans-Please contact help-desk and password will also be emailed to” alternate email address” mentioned by you at “my account “section of the portal.
 
6-How do i access my knack account?
Ans-Please visit the email portal http://www.knackmanagement.com/webmail if you are first time user then you will have to register using userid as provided by knack management.
 
7- How can I change my account password?
Ans-Please use portal at http://www.knackmanagement.com to change the password.
 
8-Can I give a copy of the software to a friend?
Ans-No your service will stop working distribution of the knack management protect key without permission is against copy-right laws.
