| Via a magnetic field the heat is transferred directly to the pan and its contents. | At the tip of a finger the required heat level is set (1-10). Or regulate the temperature between 60 °C and 240°C at 20°C intervals. A built-in thermostat keeps the temperature constant. The cooking time (max. 180 min.) is precisely selected in one minute units (instead of the often usual five minutes). Without constant attendance your vegetables are steamed, preserving all the vitamins and flavors, and your roasts are cooked to perfection. Ideal too for heating frozen food, frying steaks, grilling scampi… and keeping soups warm at parties. Works with any pots with a magnetic base (steel, enamel, cast iron).
